What size watch straps do I need for my Instinct 3?

This comes down to which version of the watch you have. For instance, the Instinct 3 45mm uses 22mm QuickFit straps, whereas the Instinct 3 50mm uses 26mm QuickFit straps. Please note that this measurement has nothing to do with the length of the strap, but is a measurement of the lugs where the strap is attached to the watch itself.
