Can I return a strap if I don’t like the color or fit?

Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?

No! We send all orders from our own warehouse. This means that your order will not be subject to any import duties, custom fees, or taxes.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake! Can I change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact our support team via the contact page immediately. If the order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we’ll do our best to swap it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I get an order confirmation and tracking number?

Absolutely. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with a confirmation when the order leaves our warehouse. If you’ve picked tracking as an option, the tracking number will be in this second email.

Are your straps water-resistant?

Our silicone and nylon straps are water-resistant and perfect for swimming or working out. We recommend keeping our genuine leather and metal straps dry to maintain their finish and longevity.

How do I clean my watch strap?

For silicone and nylon, a bit of warm water and mild soap works wonders. For leather, we recommend a damp cloth and a leather conditioner.

A new watch model just launched - when will you have straps for it?

We move fast! We usually have compatible straps ready for the latest Apple Watch, Samsung, and Garmin models within weeks of their official release.
